Garlic bread

ok entry yang lamaaaa dulu patutnya buat!

masa puasa aritu teringin nak makan garlic bread...

surf sana sini untuk dapatkan resipi garlic bread... padahal bukan x pernah buat...

hahaha....

so pergi shopping kat Tesco beli french loaf (selama ni pakai roti biase je)...

balik terus combine butter and barang-barang yang lain, sapu pada french loaf, bakar....

tadaaaa!!

siap.... :)

resipi (x ingat ceduk dari mana)

french loaf secukupnya (depends on tukang makan)
butter (soften...bukan melted ok)
5 cloves of garlic (of course la kan?)
a bit of parsley

cara-cara bikin,

  1. crush or tumbuk or cincang garlic...terpulang pada anda nak macam mana ok...tapi better crush sikit sebab nanti garlic bread jadi smooth je...sedap...
  2. campur butter,garlic,parsley...
  • sapu pada french loaf... ok sini ada 2 methods...
first method

potong french loaf dalam sejengkal,then slice roti tu... tapi jangan sampai putus ok...then sapu garlic spread tu di antara celah-celah hirisan... lagi banyak spread lagi sedap... huhu
kemudian balut dengan aluminium foil...bakar....

second method
potong french loaf,belah dua (memanjang)...spread garlic spread tu... then bakar...

3. bakar di dalam oven bursuhu 150 darjah selama 15 minit... :D

siap!

sesuai dimakan bersama mushroon soup (beli campbell's je)

makan panas-panas...

dia jadi garing..
i potong to small slices...senang nak makan...

fuhhhh pizza hut punya garlic bread! haha

ok beza antara dua methods ni,

1st = lembab-lembab
2nd = garing

so nak buat tu pilih nak yang method mana ok... i prefer the 1st one sebab garlic bread pizza hut mahal and dah x sedap.... huhu

btw garlic bread ni dimakan bersama soup and fish and chips!

yang i made myself ok... :)

i made the fish fillet myself...

here's the recipe..

ikan dorry (fillet)
tepung
telur (buat telur dadar)
breadcrumbs (golden colour)

celup ikan dorry dalam tepung then celup dalam telur...
golekkan pada breadcrumbs... golek-golek sampai tutup semua..

goreng dalan minyak banyak... deep fried...
proses ni kena sabar sebab ikan ni masak lambat...
yang penting jangan hangus! hehe

tambah dengan fries and letak tartar sauce...
planned nak buat sendiri tartar sauce tapi x sempat...so bot lady's choice's... :)
